Consultation terms

These terms explain bookings and consultation charges at Arunima Memorial Homeopathic Clinic, operated by Dr. Arpan Dhar Dubey.

Consultations and charges

An in-person consultation at either clinic costs ₹499. An online consultation costs ₹999. These charges cover the consultation. Medicines are separate; courier charges are also separate when delivery is arranged. Any separate charges must be agreed before payment or dispatch.

Booking confirmation

Submitting a pay-at-clinic request does not confirm an appointment. The clinic reviews and approves the requested time. When online checkout is available, an online-paid appointment confirms only after the server verifies a captured payment and an available reservation. A temporary reservation expires if payment is not completed in time. A late or conflicting payment is referred to the clinic for review.

A one-hour booking window accommodates a consultation usually lasting 30–60 minutes. All times are Indian Standard Time. Check your private booking page and email for the current status; keep the private link confidential.

Online consultation arrangements

The doctor contacts you at the confirmed time. Video is preferred; audio may be used when suitable. A prescription is issued when clinically appropriate. The doctor may recommend an in-person assessment. Medicine and courier arrangements are agreed separately.

Cancellation and payment queries

Read the cancellation and refund policy before paying. A cancellation request does not automatically generate a refund. For a mistaken booking or charge, email drarpandhardubey@draddube.com with the booking and transaction references for individual review.

Your information

Provide accurate contact details and review the privacy information. Do not upload medical records to the booking form. For an emergency, seek immediate assistance at a hospital; this website is not an emergency service.
