Cancellation and refund policy

Confirmed appointments

A confirmed consultation reserves the doctor’s time for you. Consultation-fee payments for confirmed slots are non-refundable for patient cancellation or non-attendance, whether you cancel before the consultation time or the scheduled time has already passed.

Requesting a cancellation

Use your private booking page or contact the clinic. A cancellation request records your request and does not automatically issue a refund. For pay-at-clinic bookings, no online consultation fee is collected by this website.

Mistaken bookings and payment errors

If you booked or paid by mistake, email drarpandhardubey@draddube.com with your booking reference, transaction reference and an explanation. The clinic reviews each request individually and may issue a refund after review. Do not make another payment while a disputed or duplicate charge is being checked.

If the clinic cancels

If the clinic cancels or cannot provide the scheduled consultation, contact the same main email. The clinic will review the booking and any refund or alternative arrangement individually. The website does not issue an automatic refund.

Approved refunds

When a refund is approved, the clinic initiates it through Razorpay to the original payment method. Normal refunds can take 7–10 business days after initiation to appear, depending on the payment method and the bank. A refund request, its approval, and bank receipt are separate steps. Contact the clinic if an approved refund does not arrive within the communicated processing time.

रद्दीकरण और रिफंड

पक्का अपॉइंटमेंट डॉक्टर का समय आपके लिए आरक्षित करता है। मरीज द्वारा पक्का समय रद्द करने या उपस्थित न होने पर परामर्श शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाता, चाहे समय अभी आया न हो या बीत चुका हो। गलती से बुकिंग या भुगतान होने पर drarpandhardubey@draddube.com पर बुकिंग संदर्भ, भुगतान संदर्भ और कारण भेजें। क्लिनिक हर अनुरोध की अलग से समीक्षा करेगा और स्वीकृत होने पर अपनी ओर से रिफंड करेगा। क्लिनिक के रद्द करने की स्थिति में भी अलग से समीक्षा होगी। वेबसाइट अपने आप रिफंड नहीं करती। स्वीकृत सामान्य रिफंड मूल भुगतान माध्यम में शुरू किए जाने के बाद बैंक के अनुसार 7–10 कार्यदिवस ले सकता है।
