Privacy, simply.

This website provides clinic information and an appointment-request service. Requests are reviewed by the clinic. Online payment is available after the payment provider is activated. Online-paid appointments confirm after captured, verified payment; pay-at-clinic requests need clinic approval.

Your information

Appointment requests collect your name, mobile number, email address, selected consultation type, preferred time, format and consent. These records and payment status are stored in the clinic’s booking database and are available to authorised clinic staff. Do not submit medical records or diagnosis details in the booking form or public social media comments. Your private booking link grants access to your appointment details, so keep it private.

Language preference

The website saves your language preference in your browser’s local storage. Automatic appearance follows calculated daylight in Prayagraj without requesting your location. You can remove this preference by clearing this website’s browser data. We do not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics in the website code.

Payments and notifications

When activated, Razorpay handles online payment checkout. This website does not store card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs. Payment and refund references are recorded to reconcile your appointment. If staff alerts are enabled, configured email, Discord and WhatsApp providers receive a booking reference, event type and private dashboard link. Those reference-only alerts exclude patient contacts and medical information. When the dedicated appointment-approval bot is enabled, Discord also receives the patient name, mobile number, email, consultation type, format, preferred time and payment status for display in the clinic’s private Administrator channel. New appointment alerts mention everyone who can access that channel. Private patient-link tokens and medical records are not posted. The clinic controls who receives alerts. The clinic will agree separate medicine and courier charges before dispatch.

Patient email updates

Appointment updates are sent by email when the clinic sender is connected. The clinic uses its Google Workspace account through Gmail to email request acknowledgements, approval details and payment confirmation to the email address provided. Messages include the reference, branch, time, fee and payment status, with no diagnosis or medical records. The first acknowledgement can include your private booking link; keep that email private. Patient SMS and WhatsApp sending are off. Email acceptance does not guarantee delivery; check your private booking page for current status.

External services

Google Fonts supplies website fonts. Maps links open Google Maps. Loading an interactive map on the website also connects to Google Maps; maps are loaded only when you choose to open them. These services have their own privacy practices. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website.
